Colour gives sculptural works expression, depth and narrative power.
Historic colour
With polychrome finishes, I reveal subtle facial features, garments and ornamental detail. As an integral part of many sculptures, these finishes communicate the period in which they were created.
Conservation and reconstruction
Following close examination, I secure unstable areas, fill losses and sensitively match necessary additions to the existing finish.
Special finishes
My work also includes lustre and polished white finishes, as well as carefully designed new decorative schemes.
