The art of leaf gilding
I apply ultra-thin gold or silver leaf to carefully prepared surfaces through a series of precise steps. Depending on the object and desired effect, I use traditional bole gilding, oil gilding or another appropriate technique.
Restoration and new work
For historic frames, furniture, ecclesiastical objects and architectural details, I preserve original material while restoring a coherent appearance.
Metal leaf alternatives
I also use brass, aluminium and copper to create contemporary objects, interiors and decorative surfaces.
